Tasha's Tip for Walgreens:
Remember that RR are Manufacturer's coupons. Follow the Basic Coupon Rule of 1 mfg coupon per item. You must have as many items as you have coupons (including RR).  Fillers are needed to when you are purchasing an item that has a mfg coupon and you want to pay with RR. Find fillers that you will use like eggs, tuna, soup, etc.
Look for items that will yield as many RR as you are using.
